Mix 1 tablespoon of egg white or olive oil with 2 tablespoons of pureed pumpkin. Apply this mixture on your face, avoiding sensitive areas. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash your face with warm water. The vitamins A and C in pumpkin are effective for lightening the skin.
5. Use a nourishing mask for healthy skin
Apply red wine on your face for about 5 minutes and then wash it off with water. This will make your skin smooth and rosy. Red wine contains nutrients that enhance blood circulation and increase skin elasticity. Alternatively, mix 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of fresh milk, and 1 tablespoon of flour and apply it on your face for 20 minutes. This blend also produces similar results as red wine.
6. Drink lemon juice or tea every day to purify the body
Drink unsweetened lemon water every morning or substitute it with tea, as they both have a detoxifying effect. They help eliminate toxins from the body, keeping the skin youthful and vibrant.
7. Sleep before 11 o’clock every day for smooth skin
It is important to sleep before 11 o’clock every day to ensure a fresh mind the next day. Getting enough sleep also allows the body to detoxify properly, preventing acne and promoting healthy skin.
